Motivation is the secret sauce that produces results and makes every step of the journey enjoyable. And motivation is intricately linked with desire. So here’s my question for you: Why do you really want to get fit? Go ahead and list out all the reasons that come to mind. And for each of those reasons, ask, why does this reason matter? Keep drilling down until you feel you’ve really gotten the whole picture. When you can tap into your true motivations, you’ll be able to keep yourself going even when the path gets a little rocky, and you’ll be much more likely to create results that last and that feel great.
