Robyn is the director of the Sports Medicine Program in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in UC San Diego Health System. She holds a master's degree in exercise physiology and is a certified trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. As a corrective exercise specialist she is passionate about creating workouts for all fitness levels.
