An hour and a half of yoga feels so good—but so can five minutes of it.
On those days when you don’t have a lot of time but you still want that strong, loose and calm feeling that a full yoga class can provide, here’s a sequence of yoga poses for you.
These seven yoga poses cover all the components of a complete yoga practice—including a standing pose, forward bend, back bend, inversion, twist and rest (with a little down-dog thrown in for good measure, which is practically a full yoga practice in itself). Spend 2-3 breaths in each pose and you’ll be done in five minutes or less. But that good feeling in your bones will last a whole lot longer!
