Exhale: Core Fusion Barre Basics for Beginners

All of the workouts are designed for lifting and rounding the butt and tightening and sculpting the core. They also focus on balance and posture. Whether you complete them one at a time or in a marathon session you’ll walk away feeling longer, stronger and leaner.

Total workout time equals 70 minutes. You’ll need a mat, chair and large towel.

Segments:

Turned Out Glutes & Thighs. A barre workout in turned out position to shape the glutes and thighs, including the inner and outer thighs. 10 minutes.

Parallel Glutes & Thighs.  Work your thighs in the barre parallel position as you do deep sculpt movements for the glutes and thighs. 10 minutes.

Standing Glute Toner. Want a high round butt? Follow this barre program filled with movements that are very small but very intense. 10 minutes.

Standing Glutes.  Use the concepts of strength in stillness and stretch and strength balance tin this routine of precise, deeply sculpting glute moves. 10 minutes.

Pretzel Glute Raises. Strengthen, tone and lift your glutes for a high round butt by doing leg raises in this unique kneeling position. It’s a signature move of Core Fusion. 10 minutes.

Thighs & Core.  A very intense workout designed to streamline your thighs and sculpt your core. 10 minutes.

Deep Core Training. For a tighter, flatter more sculpted core you’ve come to the right place. This Pilates inspired core workout full of small movements and holds that are way harder than they look.  10 minutes.
