Dance and sing along to a few of your favorite holiday carols including Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Last Christmas, and Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree. We all love listening to holiday music to lift our spirits during this season, and learning some dance moves to go along with the tunes gives us an amazing opportunity to always be moving and grooving. Dancing is an awesome way to increase your heart rate, tone your muscles, and achieve your fitness goals during the holiday season.
But like Ben says in the video, it’s hard during the holidays to avoid munching on all the delicious sweets available at holiday parties and in gifts that cause you to pack on some extra pounds. And that’s okay! Your goal doesn’t have to be to lose weight during this season because we don’t want you to deprive yourself of the seasonal goodies and celebrations. With this exciting workout you can keep up with the Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge and have fun doing it! Plus, sometimes we all just need to mix it up and take a day off from our usual workout regimen. You can practice at home for a fun workout and then show off your moves at your next holiday party!
