Since the weather is finally starting to warm up, you’ll probably want to get up and start moving around! Inspired in part by disco and contemporary locking—and also with a little Latin flare—this fast paced routine will surely get you smiling and having a great time, while also breaking a sweat. Dance is a great way to workout without actually feeling like you’re exercising!
When doing the disco moves, make sure to elongate to feel the full effect of the dance move. Make sure to give yourself some extra room so that you’re encouraged to really reach and hit each move with strength and precision!
